Terms of Service

TodayRun · Last updated: November 4, 2026

This English version is provided for convenience alongside the Korean Terms. The Korean text is the original policy; mandatory local laws and user rights remain applicable.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern TodayRun, provided by JejuLeadSoft Co., Ltd., and the rights and obligations of its users.

2. Service Overview

TodayRun provides walking, running, interval and HIIT exercise tracking, voice coaching, goals, missions, attendance features, points, rankings, events, and features such as Lumi Room. Music and video may be connected through third-party services. Availability varies by device, country, app version, and service conditions.

Points are not cash, electronic money, or financial products. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another user.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

The service is primarily intended for users aged 16 or over, in view of video and purchase features. Minors who legally require parental consent must obtain it. Users should keep their account information accurate and secure; social sign-in may be affected by third-party outages or policy changes.

4. Points and Event Rewards

Points may be awarded for eligible activity, attendance, missions, shared invitations, HIIT completion, and other methods shown in the app. Regular and premium users may have different earning rates or daily limits. The current numerical rules, eligibility, valid periods, and event details are shown in the app and event notices.

Sensor errors, missing permissions, or synchronization delays may prevent activity from being recorded. Fraudulent or manipulated points and rewards may be reversed or reclaimed. The server’s validated record may differ from a device’s temporary display; users may contact support about discrepancies.

Activity points and prizes or cash awards from rankings or events are separate systems. Winning and payout conditions follow each specific event notice; earning points does not mean points can be converted into money.

Remaining points may expire on account deletion or service termination, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

The Company may offer monthly or annual auto-renewing premium subscriptions with ad removal, point-related benefits, ranking features, or other features indicated on the purchase screen. Current price, included benefits, renewal terms, and eligibility are shown in the relevant app store and in-app notices.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in the Apple App Store or Google Play before renewal. Store rules and applicable law govern cancellation, withdrawal, refunds, and purchase restoration. The Company does not directly store card or bank account numbers. Material changes affecting existing purchasers will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Health and Activity Data

With the user’s permission, the service may access data from Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, or device sensors. Measurements may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate depending on device use, permissions, sensors, network, or OS.

Information supports general fitness habits and is not medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Users should account for their health and stop exercise if they experience concerning symptoms.

7. Third-Party Content

YouTube and other external providers may supply content or features. Their terms and privacy practices may apply; availability can change without notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not falsify steps, distance, location, workouts, rankings, or points; use modified applications or automation to exploit rewards; duplicate rewards using multiple or others’ accounts; disrupt systems; or improperly redistribute content or data.

9. Actions Against Abuse

If fraud or service misuse is confirmed, the Company may revoke points or prizes, restrict event participation, suspend service, or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations. Reasons and appeal channels will be provided where reasonably practicable, except urgent security measures.

10. Service Changes

Maintenance, outages, policy changes, and third-party failures may affect service availability. Material changes will be announced through the app or website.

11. Intellectual Property

Software, designs, images, text, and original content belong to the Company or lawful rights holders.

12. Liability

Sensor, network, or third-party failures can cause missed measurements. The Company’s liability may be limited only where allowed by law; mandatory legal liability is not excluded.

13. Account Deletion and Subscription Cancellation

Users can request account deletion using the in-app function, the deletion guide, or support. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; auto-renewal must be canceled separately through the store.

14. Changes to Terms

Material policy changes will be announced before their effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled under applicable law.

Effective Date

These revised Terms are effective as of November 4, 2026.
